How to rotate column headings and specify vertical space required

For "Rotate header text 90 degrees", specify rotate=”yes” if you want the column headings within the question box to be rotated 90 degrees. In this case, the height of header attribute must also be specified. 

Values are:

• yes – Column headings will be rotated.
• no – Column headings will not be rotated.

For "height of header", specify a vertical unit value to represent the amount of vertical space the column headings should occupy. This attribute must be specified if the attribute Rotate header text 90 degrees=”yes” is specified. 

The value is:

• N.N – Vertical unit expression. Use cm/mm/pt/in. Decimals may be used. For instance, mindepth=”20.5mm”.
