How to specify number of digits and decimals in a numeric question

The quantitative question (numeric) is by default 9 digits (maximum), but you may alter this length.

Follow this procedure:

1. Select the sub-question. The options dialog will sow all the options that may be altered
2. In the Option, click on the “Format” tab
3. Specify the number of digits (1-9)
4. Specify number of decimals.
5. Note: The number of digits include the number of decimals hence a specification of 7 digits and 2 decimals will be of a format 99999,99.
