How do I create a cross table?

  • Open the data set you want to analyse.
  • When the analysis opens, Select the crosstable tab.
  • Two areas say:
    1. “Drop rows here”
    2. “Drop columns here”
  • From the list of questions on the left
    1. Select the one(s) you want to analyse. If you want to Select more than one, Select using ctrl or shift while selecting.
    2. Drag the selected questions and drop them into the fields either as columns or as rows
    3. Your cross table(s) are displayed
  • You can add New questions either to rows or columns. The cross table will update automatically.
