Mailing Manager

Mailing Manager allows all mailings and mailing waves to be viewed by mailing type – sample, filter or import.  Mailings can be edited, sent or deleted from here, waves can be added and test mailings can be sent for unprocessed mailings.

Note that if a filter email is created and saved in Panel Manager but not sent, the only way of reviewing and sending the mailing later is by using Mailing Manager (whereas sample and import mailings can also be viewed and sent from Sample Manager and Import Manager respectively).

View or Edit Filter Mailing

Select Filter from the Mailing Type dropdown menu to see all filter mailings.  View the mailing waves by clicking on the Expand > button.

Edit a mailing name by clicking on it – it will be read-only if the mailing has already been queued or processed.

Click on a mailing wave to view the email definition.  The mailing wave name and email contents can be edited as long as it has not already been queued or processed, in which case it will be read only.

View or Edit Import Mailing

Select Import from the Mailing Type dropdown menu to see all import mailings.  View the mailing waves by clicking on the Expand > button.

Delete a Mailing or Mailing Wave

A mailing can be deleted from Mailing Manager using the Delete button as long as it does not have any waves already queued or processed.

A mailing wave can be deleted from Mailing Manager while it is in a Draft status by clicking on the Delete button.
