How to stop a survey

If you for some reason want to stop a survey and prevent further interviews from being conducted you may do so by clicking the “Stop send” button.

A warning will appear:

Note, this will not prevent already opened interviews from being completed / reopened, but new interviews will not be possible. Respondents that try and start a new interview will receive a message that the survey is closed.

Pop-up surveys
If the survey is executed as a pop-up survey, e.g. as an open link on a web-page or on Facebook, the link can be disabled by simply clicking the “Stop DC” button.

A warning will appear:

The survey will now be deactivated until the enable button is clicked. A red icon in the survey overview will indicate that the links have been disabled.
