How to launch a survey

Click “Start send” and the launch control will appear. If every checkbox is checked, you can launch the survey. Click on the launch button. If not, please correct the item(s) missing and continue until all checkboxes are checked.

Click “Launch survey”

The survey is now active and in process, and mails will be sent out at the scheduled time.
