Mailing settings

The Communication setting within Setting Manager defines the default Sent Email outcome code used to capture email events as part of sample contact history.

The default setting is outcome code -3 ‘Sent Email’.  This can be changed if required by selecting another outcome code from the drop-down list.  (Only Out for Interview outcome codes will be displayed).

If an email outcome code is not required, the default setting should be changed to No Change.
