How to share comments on a questionnaire

Q_Survey has a built in system to enable the sharing of comments during the development of a questionnaire.

Once you open the questionnaire link you will see a yellow comments icon in the top left corner of the screen.

Adding comments

It is possible to add general comments that apply to the whole questionnaire, or to add comments for a specific question.

When your mouse hovers over the comments icon you can then click on General or Question.

When you have selected the type of comment, a window appears at the bottom of the screen.  Enter your name and type your comments into the comment box an press ‘Add’.

Reviewing comments

As you move through the questionnaire you can see the number of comments for each question.  Click on the link to see the comment details.

You can now see all of the comments made for the question.
