Viewing contact history from Sample Manager

Contact history for a selected sample or prototype can be viewed on screen or exported to a comma-separated file.

Contact history can also be viewed using History Manager within the Panel Management menu.

View Sample History

To view the latest contact history for a sample, select the required sample from the Samples list and select View History from the Sample Action menu.

The history screen will show all the panellists selected in the sample, along with the latest outcome code, contact date and points awarded.

Use the scroll bars and paging options to see more of the history.

History Manager also provides the ability to:

• customise the columns displayed
• view a full record of the outcome events relating to a selected contact history record
• filter the records displayed
• export the records displayed
• update selected contact history records

View Prototype History

To view the latest contact history for all samples in a prototype, select the required prototype, and select View History from the menu.

The history screen will show contact history for all samples in the prototype.
