If you have problems logging in after a licence renewal, check Licence Manager to ensure the licence has been updated with the correct expiry date and modules. Read about Licence Manager...
On logging in to Q_Panel, no menu options appear. Check that you have a database selected in User Settings, see Getting Started... Check that the user is set up correctly and in a security group with the appropriate permissions. Read about User Manager... and Group Manager...
If a new user is unable to see all prototypes and samples, they may need to select Show All Owners on the Sample Manager Group Filter, see Getting Started... The new user must also be in a security group with the appropriate permissions. Read about User Manager... and Group Manager...
If you are unable to see a variable in any part of Q_Panel, you may be able to add it using Hierarchy Manager. If you cannot see the variable in Hierarchy Manager either, then it may need to be added using the Add Variable button. Read about Hierarchy Manager...
